Over the past couple of years our team has expanded and the services we provide have broadened. To reflect this, we have decided to change our company name.
We will now be known as Inara Home Imagery.
Inara means “ray of light”, "shining light" or "illumination" - and since our lighting technique is a crucial component of our style of property photography, it seemed fitting. We have chosen the word imagery (instead of photography) since we now also offer videography and lifestyle staging to maximise visual impact.
This name change took effect on Tuesday 3 January 2023. Please visit our new website and continue there!

Photoshoot
From £180 incl vat
Our rates are based on the number of photographs we deliver to you, as you can see here.
Not sure how many photos you'll need? Contact Miriam on 07421 997159 to discuss.
Alternatively you can simply give us a maximum budget and we’ll take the best images to showcase the space, planning shots to ensure that we stay within your 'cap'.
Please note that a travel surcharge applies to photoshoots more than 15 miles from RG2 9DY (south Reading).

Twilight Photoshoot
£150 incl vat
Get some eye-catching, crowd-pleasing twilight shots to attract those buyers.
Three photographs are included. If more photographs are required please contact us to discuss.
Please note that a £30 surcharge applies in June and July (due to the sun setting much later in the day).
Videography
From £348 incl vat
If booked alongside a photoshoot, video bookings are at a special rate of £348. If booked as a standalone shoot, a video is £408.
Aerial/drone footage is an additional £204.

Why is it so important to get professional photographs when listing a house for sale?
Papilios Real Estate Photography examined listings that used their photos and compared the click rates to listings in the same area and postcode. They found listings using professional photos generated an average 139% increase in clicks compared to similar listings. Properties marketed with photographs taken with high end D-SLR cameras rather than ‘point and shoot’ cameras: • Have an increased likelihood of selling, if they are priced above $300,000. • Stay on the market an average of 10 days less. This study simply analysed the image data to see if a professional camera was used to take the photo, not who took it. If the data represented photos taken by a professional photographer, not just the camera type, the benefits would likely be even greater.
