What makes my rates and service different from other photographers?
  • Premium editing service included as standard, including sky replacements (even through the windows!), Photoshopped fires in fireplaces, grass greening, and hazy sun simulation!

  • Elevated images where appropriate (using a mast that extends up to 7m), included as standard.

  • Specialist skills - Having chosen to specialise in this field and completed training specifically in property photography and lighting, as well as continuously incorporating new techniques and processes to elevate the quality of my work, you can be sure that the photographs you receive are of the highest professional standard.

  • No cancellation fees - I aim to make life as easy and worry-free as possible for you, so if we need to cancel or postpone, no problem.

  • Social media exposure - I will increase your fan base by posting photographs on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and tag you where possible.

  • Virtual staging arranged where appropriate - I liaise directly with the amazing George from Tallbox, review initial drafts and format the final images for no additional fee so that you can get on with your job and life. You are welcome to deal with Tallbox directly if preferred, but most clients choose to make their lives easier! See examples here.

  • Customer service - My utmost priority is to impress both you and your clients and to elevate your business. Want to know what my clients think? Read client feedback.

2. Sell faster...

Properties marketed with photographs taken with high end D-SLR cameras rather than ‘point and shoot’ cameras: • Have an increased likelihood of selling, if they are priced above $300,000. • Stay on the market an average of 10 days less. This study simply analysed the image data to see if a professional camera was used to take the photo, not who took it. If the data represented photos taken by a professional photographer, not just the camera type, the benefits would probably be even greater.
