Our rates are based on the number of photographs we deliver to you, as you can see here.

Not sure how many photos you'll need? Contact Miriam on 07421 997159 to discuss. 

Alternatively you can simply give us a maximum budget and we’ll take the best images to showcase the space, planning shots to ensure that we stay within your 'cap'.


Please note that a travel surcharge applies to photoshoots more than 15 miles from RG2 9DY (south Reading).

If booked alongside a photoshoot, video bookings are at a special rate of £290. If booked as a standalone shoot, a video is £340.

Aerial/drone footage is an additional £130.

Properties marketed with photographs taken with high end D-SLR cameras rather than ‘point and shoot’ cameras: • Have an increased likelihood of selling, if they are priced above $300,000. • Stay on the market an average of 10 days less. This study simply analysed the image data to see if a professional camera was used to take the photo, not who took it. If the data represented photos taken by a professional photographer, not just the camera type, the benefits would likely be even greater.
